PayPal Free Returns 

*PayPal offer free returns for up to £15 if you have used their service for payment. If the cost is greater than £15 then then pay the remaining amount.

How to get Return Shipping refunded from PayPal

When you return your item you have to pay the shipping at that point, however, to claim this cost back you have to log into your PayPal account, select the transaction, and click the ‘Request return shipping refund’ link enabling you to fill out a refund request and provide your posting receipts to the PayPal Return Shipping on Us service.

If your request is accepted, you will receive the corresponding funds directly into their PayPal account. It can take up to 10 days from the time the buyer submits the refund request form for a refund to go through.

You have 30 days from the date the return is sent back to the seller to request a refund.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own mailing costs for returning your item. Mailing costs are non-refundable. (If PayPal refund is not eligible)

Depending on where you're shipping from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable Mailing service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
